Is it possible to edit the event details in several products and save them for consultation with my family/friends?
Of course. As soon as you are logged in to your account you can save any items you have been working on.

Why can I not write in Hebrew in some products?
Our products have been designed carefully with a lot time and love. Latin languages all work from left to right and can be changed easily. Hebrew is a different story. In order to keep our amazing designs, some products need to stay in the languages they were designed in. Either Latin languages or Hebrew. But don’t worry! We have lots of different designs to choose from in all kinds of languages. Even bi-lingual ones.

What does Bi-lingual mean?
Products that are marked “bi – lingual” have been designed in 2 languages. A Latin language and Hebrew. You can change the Latin language to any language you want and will get a product in 2 languages.

What languages can I use to customize my products?
Latin languages are: English, German, French, Italian and Spanish
And of course, Hebrew. (in some products)

Is it possible to add or remove specific details on the products?
Yes. Just delete the text inside the customize box.

Can I add more design items to the order?
You can make any changes to customization/order/details/items within 12 hours of your order. Every order is individual and is processed individually and then sent to print. After 12 hours, you will only be able to make a new order.

Can I print products myself in my own country?
Some products (especially the large ones) have a direct download option, where you are able to download a JPG file in high resolution to your computer and send it to your print shop of choice.

Do I need to open an account to place an order?
Yes. You will need to register an account and fill in all your details to place an order.

Where can I change my personal details?
Once you have an account on Yellow Dandelion, you will have a dashboard with all your information. You will be able to access and change all that information any time.

Just click on the link. “Forgot my password” and you will be directed to the next steps.

Can I know the status of my order?
Of course. Once your order has been placed it will show up as “in process”. Once it is sent to print and will show up in your order as “in print”. As soon as it is shipped your order status will change to “shipped”.

Is the site secure?
Yes, of course. The site is secured using the SSL protocol – that is, all communication between your browser and the site (the web server that stores the pages) is encrypted. So that the information transmitted between the browser and the site cannot be deciphered. Our site meets the most stringent security standards, so you can rest assured that the purchase process is done in the most secure, safe and confidential manner.

I tried to place an order and it says that the site is not secure, what does that mean?
Such an error is related to an antivirus installed on your PC. The message usually appears when the antivirus has expired. The antivirus license must be renewed or make the order from another device where it is not installed.

What is your return/exchange policy?
You can make changes/cancelations to your order for up to 12 hours after you placed the order.
After that, orders cannot be changed, canceled or returned.
