Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and printed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
International Duties and Fees
The cost of shipping does not include any customs, fees, duties, or other taxes. Yellow Dandelion is not able to determine what, if any, additional fees may be charged for delivery of an international package. You will be responsible for paying any additional costs yourself.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can make changes/cancelations to your order for up to 12 hours after you placed the order.
After that, orders cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.
